What this site is
etsyfeecalc.org is a free calculator that shows Etsy sellers their exact take-home after every fee Etsy charges — listing fee, transaction fee, payment processing, Offsite Ads, and country-specific regulatory fees.
We built this because most fee breakdowns online are incomplete or outdated. The calculator applies all fees in the correct order, uses live-updating math, and supports 10+ countries with accurate payment processing rates for each.
Our data source
All fee rates are sourced directly from Etsy's official Fees & Payments Policy. No third-party aggregators or community wikis are used as primary sources. We verify against the policy page whenever Etsy publishes an update.
Last verification: June 2026. Core rates have been unchanged since the transaction fee was raised from 5% to 6.5% in April 2022. The policy page was updated February 13, 2026 — rates identical.

etsyfeecalc.org is not affiliated with Etsy Inc. and does not accept payments from Etsy or any marketplace platform. Revenue comes from Google AdSense advertising only. AdSense relationships do not influence the fee data or calculator outputs displayed on this site.
Limitations
This calculator provides estimates. Actual fees may differ due to Etsy's internal rounding, currency conversion timing, or promotional rate adjustments. Always verify your exact fees in your Etsy Payment Account statement.
The calculator does not include: VAT collected by Etsy on behalf of buyers (pass-through, not a seller cost), Etsy Ads (on-platform CPC set by seller), or the one-time shop setup fee (not applicable to existing sellers).
